What are the benefits for adopting the digital solutions?

For the Food Services or Retail sector, the digital solutions aim to help you adapt and thrive in a post-CoVid-19 world.
How do I apply for the Digital Resilience Bonus?
There is no need for you to submit an application form.
Providers of Qualified Solutions (or Supporting Banks) will submit your UEN to IMDA if you are using the solutions between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2021.
IMDA will credit the Bonus into your PayNow Corporate account according to the categories of digital solutions you use.
Is my business eligible for Digital Resilience Bonus?
As a baseline, your registered businesses must fall under the Food Services or Retail sector as at 26 May 2020 AND:
- Adopt PayNow Corporate and PEPPOL e-invoicing; and
- Adopt digital solutions in the required categories.

When will I receive the bonus payout?
Qualified enterprises will receive your bonus payout starting from August 2020.
Do note that the processing time will be 1 month upon the submission of UENs by Providers of Qualified Solutions (or Supporting Banks) to IMDA.
